The hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to restaurants, a shopping center, shops, cafes, and the Ciudad Lineal metro station. The staff was friendly and very kind. Our double room was spacious and even had a sofa.

The room I got was decent size and brand-new with free WiFi, a good bed, a kettle. The personnel was decent and helpful, doing their best to assist. The hotel's location was remote, in a nice neighbourhood.

i enjoyed the average sized and beautiful room with a kettle, free breakfast and a tv. had particularly good location close to public transport into city.

Perfect location in a nice quiet area, very close to a large park for the dogs. Extremely helpful staff always available. - Units with a sofa are a plus.

Convenient location. Close to the Metro and a short drive to the airport. Front desk staff are very friendly.

Wifi requires a unique password for each device is somewhat inconvenient.

The location is favourable and excellent and personnel is welcoming. The breakfast is awesome and amazing with fresh fruit juice, sunnyside eggs and also even a vegan option, has everything you need: )

Everything was excellent, ideal location next to a large shopping centre, a number of shops and cafés and the metro station Ciudad Lineal, restaurant options and the airport, absolutely kind staff. Had very nice experience, the room I stayed in was a decent size and adequate with comfortable bathroom as well as a big window.

The bathroom shower because it didn't worked well. The noise made by the hotel staff who was cleaning the room.

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the location is conveniently close to a subway station.

Nearness to subway and airport

First room smelled of manure so we transferred to another--the hotel represents itself as hi-tech but the shower did not operate properly but it was high tech--no way should this hotel be rated 4 star that is a joke--2 star tops. Breakfast was 2 for one but 14 euros--no wonder it was two for 1. did not even chance it. Staff did not speak good english had to make several trips to and from room to office to get keys that worked properly.

We stayed at this hotel for only two nights and I must say that I wish it was more! From the outside its nothing to look at but once inside its quite nice. The staff are very nice upon receiving us and when we got to the room we were shocked to see a portable computer on the desk with internet free!! Yes I do mean free. We had our portable computer with us so we allowed the kids to use the hotel one and us adults the other. The rooms were big and spacious and very cleans. Breakfast was fantastic, maybe the best that I have had ever! The location was great, the metro was only a 1 min walk from the hotel. There is a big shopping center near by as well. The only negative thing I could say was that they had no channels in english, only the news.. But then again we were on holidays so I no intention of watching tv.. All in all I would receommend this hotel to families, singles, business men and all alike!

Great location with the bonus of having private parking available right on site. Just a short 600 ft walk from Ciudad Lineal station 🚶‍♂️.
